det er så lækkert, at når jordbærsæsonen er færdig, så begynder hindbærsæsonen. for et stykke tid siden lagde jeg en opskrift på jordbærostekage ud her på bloggen. jeg fik lyst til at prøve, om det ville være godt med ritz-kiks istedet for digestive, så det bliver knapt så sødt - og så erstattede jeg jordbærrene med hindbær. det blev super-godt.

it's so nice that after the strawberry season, the raspberry season starts. a couple of weeks back, i shared a strawberry cheesecake recipe here on the blog. i thought it would be nice to try it with ritz crackers instead of digestive bisquits. it worked out very nice and also with the raspberry topping.
